The SalesVoodoo implementation process has been developed to eliminate many of the more costly and cumbersome aspects of traditional software implementations. Because On-Demand software can be deployed quickly and easily, our customers will be up and running with minimal disruption to their daily business affairs.

Implementation

Configuration/Customization

SalesVoodoo was designed from the ground up to be customizable and configurable. The configuration and customization is a very straight forward process. We start with a pre-configured solution for your industry or business type. From there, the Client Services Team modifies and changes the SalesVoodoo CRM to what you require.

Even after you 'Go Live' we will continue to work with you to refine, modify and perfect your CRM solution.

Data Migration

The SalesVoodoo Team is willing and able to migrate your current system into the new system. We map your legacy data to the new system and help make the transition to a new solution as painless as possible. Our services consultants have migrated a large number of different database systems. SalesVoodoo has the knowledge and expertise to successfully move your data to our system quickly so as to minimize costly downtime and productivity loss.

Training

We feel it is our obligation to insure your users are well trained and comfortable with the system. We are prepared to offer you the training you need to get the most out of the application. We offer training on-site, web based, using teleconference, groups, remote and more. Tell us what you need and we will do everything in our power to deliver.
